Shipping
All items can be shipped anywhere in the world. Orders are shipped via PostNord. Any orders placed
between Monday and Friday will be processed within 1-3 business days, and orders placed in the weekend
will be processed the following business day.
If your order is sent within Denmark delivery time will approximately take up to 5 business days.
Orders shipped internationally may vary but 6-10 business days can be expected. Delays may happen, so
please be patient as the delivery time is only an estimate. All orders are non-trackable.
Orders sent outside of the EU may be applicable to customs. It is up to the customer to take that
into account.
I cannot be held responsible if your order is damaged in the mail. Once the order is shipped, they
are out my hands. I will do everything to ensure your order will arrive in perfect condition!
Returns
I'll gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after 30 days of the delivery
will not be accepted. If anything if wrong with your purchase please write to [email protected]
or use the contact link on my site. Please inform your order number and the name of the items concerned
you wish to return in the message.
Refunds depending on your bank's processing time can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show
up on your bank account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned unsued and in original packaging. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged
or lost in the return shipment.
